Research chemicals are final sale
For safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened items may be eligible for return only if approved by our support team within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Lost shipments
If tracking shows no delivery or the package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If the carrier confirms loss, we will reship or refund the order.
