Ordering and payment
Orders are accepted only from buyers who meet our qualification requirements. Prices and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate our research-use policy or appear fraudulent.
Shipping and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We package products for stability but are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier.
Limitation of liability
Peptides2day is not liable for misuse, mishandling, or any damages arising from use inconsistent with research purposes. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
